Deliver.

In collaboration with the AGSA cafe team and Atmosphere events we delivered four unique tasting experiences for EY’s top clients and stakeholders. Each food station was manned by a member of our wonderful service team.

“I had the pleasure of collaborating with the Post Dining team for EY’s flagship event. The creativity, professionalism and dedication to the event blew me away. Will definitely look to work with them again in the future – truly unique dining experience.”

Trust.

How much do you trust us? A little bit? A little bit more? Or a lot? Your decision is an important one, as it will determine what you’ll be eating. The appearance of this course is not what you might expect and requires an element of trust to be enjoyed…

Innovation

You’ve got to create to innovate, and sometimes that means taking something classic and making it new again. We have deconstructed the classic lamington, injected it with a native flavour - and it’s up to you to piece it back together again.

Leadership

Good leadership upholds a vision of the future while maintaining an understanding of our immediate environment. This course celebrates local leaders in the food industry who have looked to the Australian landscape for inspiration, providing a delicious array of native flavours and quality meats we have available in our own backyards.

This dish not only utilises unconventional ingredients (weeds), it also utilises the whole plant. This is to represent how we can best use all our available resources to their utmost capacity. This dish represents respect and intention in how we create and consume, and eliminates waste.
