“I had the pleasure of collaborating with the Post Dining team for EY’s flagship event. The creativity, professionalism and dedication to the event blew me away. Will definitely look to work with them again in the future – truly unique dining experience.“

Our Designs

We work with you to design tailored eating experiences that create memorable associations with your brand. We collaborate with Venues, Museums, Galleries, Arts Industry, Corporate and Educational stakeholders to design experiences for festival programming, functions, presentations, workshops and events.

MOD.

We were delighted to work again with MOD as part of their Ethos Forum where we had explored edible insects through interactive food stations. A highlight was discovering everyone's "spirit insect" through our new interactive quiz!

Casey Cornucopia

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Casey Council and Bunjil Place, Victoria, to design an immersive dinner as part of their Casey Cornucopia Winter Festival!

NightLab

We teamed up with the South Australian Museum for their incredible NighLab series - "Night Lab: Metamorphosis", presenting a Creepy Crawly Candy store!

MOD.

Set in the year 2050, we designed 7 unique canapés for the launch of MOD.’s 7 Siblings From The Future Exhibition - each based on the unique set of values displayed by the Siblings.

Ernst & Young

We created 4 bespoke designs for a set of interactive eating stations for Ernst & Young’s flagship cocktail event at the Art Gallery of South Australia - each concept based on Ernst & Young’s company values.

ASQ

This Fringe Weekly Award Winning production saw Post Dining join forces with the Australian String Quartet to present a captivating multi-sensory dining event at the Masonic Hall.

Open State Launch

We gave all 600 guests a special treat to kick off the launch of the Open State 2017 program to embrace the spirit of future foods. A sustainable, and very delicious treat, featuring fairtrade chocolate, native macadamias, sultanas, dry roasted crickets and mealworms with our edible insect rocky road.

Foresight 2050

We specially designed 4x bespoke interactive food experiences responding to the prompts of four alternate food futures. These themes of growth, restraint, catastrophe and transformation were the topics of conversation at the conference - and so perfectly tied the themes of the event and the food together.
