Our seasonal produce tasting plate is constructed in bite-size pieces designed to be consumed collectively on the beat of a drum or the clash of a cymbal.
Initiated by Post Dining staff, diners are instructed to eat an order of items only when directed by a musical cue. All diners therefore eat and keep time together, considering their food and their surroundings with greater immediacy and mindfulness.
